Visit of a castle in the Florentine Chianti area with professional tasting
of extra virgin olive oil
Visit of a typical castle in the Chianti
area with professional tasting of extra virgin olive oil with a theoretical
part of 45 minutes. Selection of different kinds of olives (leccine, moraiole,
frantoiane) served with mineral water and green apples to clean the palate.
At the end snacks with red wine and pecorino cheese. The visit is followed
by an expert for the whole tour and the tasting. Furthermore the guests
will receive some information material about the estate.

historical centre of Pienza with different proposals:
1) different kinds of bruschette, selection of pecorino cheeses, selection
of different kinds of Tuscan ham and salami;
