Lessons are held by the professional cooks of the castle. The typical Tuscan cookin is, prepared from historic recipes, in truly unique surroundings and whatever the choose will give an unrivalled gastronomic experience. The classes are in Italian or English.
Different type of classes are possible:

1) Pratical Demonstration: lessons are held for a minimum of 6 persons, either in Italian or in English. Menu consist in six different courses prepared and then tasted by the participants. On request the participants can cook a complete menu based on white or black truffle. The prices of the class depend on the pre-chosen menu. .

2) Pasta Party: classes are either practical or theorical for little groups of 6 persons. The classes are in Italian or English.
