In the centre of Siena, the medieval cooking classes are organized by professional chef. The program will give information about the following subjects: pulses, vegetables, cereals, milk and cheese, meat,sea-fish,fresh water-fish, salty-fish, fresh and dried fruit, spices, aromatics herbs, sweeteners and drinks as well as the order of the dishes. Afterwards, the chef will show you how to cook some of the most famous tipical sienese specialities, teaching you the secrets of cooking authentic medieval dishes, from the original medieval recipes.

The participants will collaboate with the preparation of some medieval food, tasting wine with spices and a typical bread of the period. The candle-lighted dinner will be served by waiters with medieval clothes.
