to taste the famous Pecorino (sheep cheese). Continue to Pienza for a

Then continue to one of the most famous wine producing estates for a

hunting in Siena countryside (Montalcino area)
Departure very early in the morning to
San Giovanni d'Asso to meet an expert who will lead the group. Full day
dedicated to the truffle hunting: walk in the woods searching black (in
summertime) or white (in wintertime) truffles. Short break with snacks
based on truffles. Afterwards continue the walk to the abbey of S.Antimo
for a short visit. Typical lunch with truffle food. In the afternoon
stop for a visit at a terracotta manufactory.
