INDIVIDUAL TOURS: COOKING IN TUSCANY

1st day ARRIVAL
Arrival in Siena and stroll in the town centre with stop at a wine cellar to taste some typical products and wines. Transfer to the hotel, welcome-cocktail and check-in. Dinner and overnight stay.

2nd day COOKING CLASS – SAN GIMIGNANO
Breakfast in the hotel. Cooking class with a little group at one of the most famous schools of Siena: the participants will get some theoretical notions before cooking the chosen menu. Lunch with the chef. In the afternoon we suggest a visit of the medieval town of San Gimignano with its famous towers. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

3rd day COOKING CLASS – WINE TASTING at a CHIANTI WINE CELLAR
Breakfast in the hotel. Second cooking class with a little group at one of the most famous schools of Siena: the participants will get some theoretical notions before cooking the chosen menu. Lunch with the chef. In the afternoon visit of a wine-estate in the Chianti area to taste some of the local wines with a sommelier. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

4th day DEPARTURE
Breakfast in the hotel. Check-out and departure of the clients.

The fee includes: stay at a three star superior hotel in double room with half board; two professional cooking classes with lunches and participation certificate; wine-tastings in the Chianti area.
The fee does not include:drinks at meals, transfers with private car and other fees not expressly mentioned under the title “the fee includes”.
