Interesting learning experience in the cooking class at a cooking school inside the walls of Siena. The chef has been teaching Tuscan cooking for ten years and her approach to cooking is characterised by a harmonious combination of ingredients to bring out the natural flavours of food.

She is a member of the Intemational Association of Cooking Professionals di Washington D.C. In each class a complete menu is prepared, and the session is followed by the meal complete with a DOCG wine. Classes are on request all year long from Monday-Friday for a minimum of two people. Cooking classes for children can be organized on request.
